How Do I Delete Corrupted Files in A Cell Phone Memory Stick pro duo?

And also every time i add in some song and picture,after i safely remove it. When I open it in the cell phone, my song was gone. Then I insert it in the computer, I went to check for the song, the song was gone too. What is happening???
