Is it legal to walk around with a sword in canada?
I know for a fact that as long as a fixed blade knife whether it be 2 inches or 14 inches can be carried as long as its in plain sight and not concealed and cops cant do a damn thing about it. I was just wondering would a sword like a samurai sword be acceptable as well since i cant seem to find any law against swords at all. this being said i have another question if it is legal to walk around with it are u allowed inside stores as long as its sheathed. like walking into wal-mart or a corner store with it can they kick u out. i mean obveously if your pulling it out and fiddling with it you should be removed from store but this is just a theory question im not gonna walk around with a sword i have a good enough switchblade.
