r4 HELP PLEASE?!?!?! Nintendo DS?

Well, I have a r4 SDHC. I got it a few days ago.. I then updated the firmware to make some cheats work. After I had updated my firmware, i turned on my DS and my r4 kept loading.. I THEN formatted my r4 and put the things back on.. but there is still 1 more problem. and that problem is that when i turn on my r4, it loads fine but after it loads its just a blank screen.. i watched this video.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QV4sNQf2uS4
