What do I do if my college room-mate is secretly audio recording me?

I noticed a little audio recorder on my roomates desk. That was on. I started watching her more closely and noticed she would hide it on her shelf and then come back and take it later, to go listen with her friends. We’ve been getting into fights lately so i think this is how she is getting me back. I think she is using it to hear how much crap i talk about her behind her back. How do i get even better revenge??
