where can i download r4 ds rom animal crossing with cheats?

normal ds rom, not dsi
animal crossing (or is it animal crossings?)
with cheats <– that bit is important. i already have the game but i don't get how to add cheats so i want a place to download the game that already has cheats on it! like unlimited money catalog cheat etc. free with no registration needed!
or is there a REALLY simple way to add cheats to the animal crossings game i already have on r4?
